All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for USPS delays which are out of our control.
United States - Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All stickers ship FREE!
(order must only include stickers to receive free shipping)
Sticker orders $19 and below ship via USPS stamp (no tracking) or +$3 for USPS first class package (with tracking).
Sticker orders over $20 ship via USPS first class package (with tracking).
All orders over $49 ship FREE!
(order may include any items)
Orders over $49 ship free via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
We currently only ship stickers internationally.
Each sticker set/sheet will ship individually via USPS international stamp (no tracking) for +$1.
Sticker orders with tracking will ship via USPS first class international package for +$15.
You may select the shipping option you prefer during the checkout process.
International shipping varies by country it may take 2 weeks - 2 months depending on the country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kawaii Cute Finds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order was shipped with tracking, the email will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (U.S. orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kawaiicutefinds.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. View our complete returns policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kawaiicutefinds.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
